1; A £5 deposit secures your table of 8 or more & will be deducted from your bill. 2; A £10 depsoit secures your table on speciality days (Valentines day, Mothers day etc) 3; It maybe nessasary to pre order your meals for larger tables. If this is the case, please complete the pre order form & return it no later than 7 days prior to your reservation. 4; Cancellations made 3 days or less before you reservation forfeits your deposit. (unless stated otherwise) 5; Members of your party who have pre ordered their meals but failed to attend on the day will still be charged at their FULL pre ordered meal price due to the food already being catered for. 6; We are more than happy for you to bring a cake or similar to celebrate a special occasion, however if desserts are not purchased than a £3 charge per person will apply if the cake is consumed. 7; We will endeavor to accomodate any number increases, Special requests, dietry requirements or similar. Please advise us of your needs prior to your reservation & we will try our best to accomodate you. 8; Please ensure your guests arrive on time for your reservation, especially for larger parties. Lateness may impact on your service & also hinder the other guests dining witin the restaurant. 9; We must be supplied with a current email address to confirm payment of your deposit, your menu choices & any other relevant information.

Additional to the above. 1; All Party & Christmas Day reservations must be pre ordered. 2; A £10 deposit per person secures your Christmas party booking, pre ordered at least 7 days prior to your reservation. 3; A £20 Deposit per person secures your Christmas Day Booking, pre ordered at least 14 days prior to your reservation. 4; A £5 deposit secures your table for New Years Eve Champagne Lunch. 5; After November 27th all deposits are Non Refundable for reservations booked during the month of December 6; We must be supplied with a current email address to confirm payment of your deposit, your menu choices & any other relevant information.
We welcome children @The Creek, however, we do have an over 12's only policy in the main dining room during busier services. However, we may be able to accomodate you with a bit more space & privacy in our lounge area (dependant on availability). For your childrens safety & social distancing, we ask that they remain seated during their time with us. We also kindly ask that any electronic devices remain on silent or are used with headphones. Due to the layout of our restaurant prams are not permitted within the main dining room on busier services.
Your data is incredibly important to you and to us. The Creek uses and stores your data for fulfilling an agreement with you to manage your reservation, event or private dining with your consent. We DO NOT use your data for Marketing purposes.
What do we collect?
To enable us to manage your reservation we will ask you to provide personal details such as:
Address (If payment is taken over the phone)
Payment details (If payment is taken over the phone)
Email addess (to confirm any payments, reservation or Food pre orders )
What do we do with your data?
We will never pass or sell your data to any third party.
All email correspondance are deleted once queries have been answered & your resavation has taken place.
We hold our hand written booking Diaries for up to three years which helps us monitor business peromance, trends etc. You have a right to ask for the removal of any data held.
